Refund Policy for Medicine and Miracles Merchandise

At Medicine and Miracles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds and exchanges can be processed.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Timeframe:
  Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Condition of Items:

  • Merchandise must be returned in original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered after receipt may not qualify for a refund.

• Non-Refundable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made merchandise.
  • Digital downloads, if applicable.
  • Sale items or items marked as “final sale.”

Refund Process

• Submit a Request:
  Contact us at with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if the item is damaged or defective.

• Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the wrong product was sent.
  • A return shipping label can be provided upon request, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

• Processing Time:
  Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or product, we’re happy to process an exchange. Please follow the same steps as the refund process to initiate an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by replacing the item or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.
