Refund Policy

At *Medicine and Miracles*, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (including eBooks, courses, and other downloadable materials), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a purchase is made and the product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Online Courses/Subscriptions
- If you purchased an online course or subscription and are unsatisfied with the content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course material.
- Refund requests must be made by contacting our customer support team at [support email address] with your order details.

3. Physical Products
- For physical products (e.g., books or other merchandise), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product is in its original, unused condition.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product, and the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Events & Live Webinars
- If you have registered for a paid event or live webinar and are unable to attend, you may request a refund up to 7 days before the event. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
- No refunds will be issued after a live event has taken place, even if the event is missed.

 

5. Exceptions
- If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement or refund.
